1. Our commitment

Riverlab S.L.U. operates NXO and is committed to keeping the platform safe for its users. We apply a zero-tolerance policy against any content or behaviour that may constitute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

This policy applies to every NXO user in every country where the app is available and is aligned with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy, EU Regulation 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) and applicable Spanish law.

2. Minimum age and verification

NXO is intended exclusively for people aged 16 or older. Date of birth is a mandatory field at sign-up and is used to verify that the user meets this requirement.

3. Prevention and product design

NXO is designed as a professional networking tool between adults looking to collaborate on projects. The product is shaped so that it does not lend itself to grooming or the distribution of sexual content:

4. Moderation and detection

We combine automated controls and human review to detect behaviour that goes against this policy:

5. How to report

Anyone, whether or not they use NXO, can report content or behaviour that may constitute CSAE:

For situations involving immediate danger to a minor, we recommend contacting law enforcement directly (in Spain, National Police: 091; Civil Guard: 062; emergencies: 112).

6. Response to reports

When we receive a child safety report:

7. Cooperation with authorities

Riverlab S.L.U. cooperates with the national and international authorities responsible for investigating and prosecuting crimes against minors. In Spain we work with the Brigada Central de Investigación Tecnológica (BCIT) of the National Police and the Grupo de Delitos Telemáticos (GDT) of the Civil Guard. Where appropriate, we also forward information to specialised international hotlines such as INHOPE or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
