1. Acceptance of terms
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. By creating an account or using NXO, you confirm you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account

3. Acceptable use

- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users on the platform.
- Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the service.
- Upload content that infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to circumvent security or rate-limiting controls.
4. User content and licenses

5. Intellectual property

6. Subscriptions and payments
Sed ut perspiciatis unde omnis iste natus. Pro features may be offered for a recurring fee. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by the App Store and Google Play policies.
7. Termination
Nemo enim ipsam voluptatem quia voluptas. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; data is removed per the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

9. Governing law
Et harum quidem rerum facilis est. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
10. Changes to these terms
Temporibus autem quibusdam et aut officiis. We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
